Meet the team

Here at RSM our team work extremely hard to ensure that our work is completed to the highest standard possible. But that wouldn’t be possible without the most important components of a business…

The Team!

Managing Director

What do you enjoy about working for RSM?

Where to start! RSM has grown arms and legs since we started back in September 2020, it’s changed enormously and continues to do so – even the last few weeks our staff count has increased by 30% – but the constant from day one, and the thing I am determined to hang on to the most, is that it’s a fun place to work. We have a culture to be proud of and the most enjoyable part of working at RSM for me is watching the business grow but with a team that has fun whilst driving the business on to do great things.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I play golf far too much, but my true passion is learning to fly small aircraft. I try to fly once a week (when the great British weather allows it) but even still, it will be another 12 months before I hopefully receive my private pilot’s license

What is your biggest achievement/something that you’re proud of?

I’m incredibly proud of my two children Holly and James. Family is the most important thing to me and although I can’t take the credit, they are both great fun to be around.

What do you enjoy about working for RSM?

The team & the work drive / culture that we have developed & maintained. Everybody working towards the same high standards is rewarding & also motivating.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Currently training for a couple of half marathons (so try to enjoy running) other than that, walking the dog and spending time with family & friends!

What is your biggest achievement/something that you’re proud of?

Helping to build & create what we have achieved to date within the RSM Group. From the initial ‘’launch’’ in September 2020 the growth & achievements have surpassed expectations and we continue daily to be better than we were the day before and deliver an unbeatable service to our clients. A true credit to the team that we have around us!

What do you enjoy about working for RSM?

Since started working for RSM I felt (within a very short period of time) like a member of the successful team. Everybody seems to be really driven into making the company a very powerful and big competitor within the market.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love the weekend as I have 2 daughters 9 and 8 years old. Amelia-Rose and Olivia-Grace. We are normally out and about when the weather lets us. I also enjoy watching Football, but with my team being Burnley it wasn’t that pleasant last year!

What is your biggest achievement/something that you’re proud of?

I have to admit there’s nothing that’s amazing like a degree or walking up K2 but I do a lot of charity work for Kidney research and mental health. I even jumped out of a plane at 14,000 feet last year to raise money for my friend who at the time needed a kidney transplant – he is currently in Manchester recovering form the successful surgery

What do you enjoy about working for RSM?

I love that every day is different, I get to travel all over the country and meet a lot of nice people in this industry, also with me being relatively new to the company I’m learning so much every day which is good. And everyone here gets on like a family and works as a team.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I like to watch motorcycle road racing and ride myself when I can, I also like trying to play golf although it is very very much frustrating for me haha! I have 2 little kids and a teenager with attitude, so I like to go out with them and spend time together as a family.

What is your biggest achievement/something you are proud of?

I haven’t really done anything amazing in my life, but I suppose it would have to be my kids, how they have grown up and Im so proud of them! I also passed my driving test literally a month after my 17th birthday so suppose that was a bit of a record.

And I hit the winning 4 runs off the last bowl one to win the final of cricket cup for Esholt cc.
